I think I'm going to need
more business cards from Rock!!! I've already
passed out the ones he left for us.
He did an outstanding job for our
company getting equipment organized and set up. His expertise and
knowledge far surpasses any other technicians that have worked on
our
computers.
Rock's response time is phenomenal. I have called with issues
and his online service capabilities are a lifesaver.

Thank you for the
excellent work you did on my TV antenna.
I was only getting
channel 3, 5, 28, and 44 some of the time in analog
and only channel 28 in digital and the digital would
keep dropping out. After you made the changes to
the system, I get the following channels in digital
3.1, 3.2, 5.1, 5.2, 22.1, 22.2, 28.1, 28.2, 28.3,
28.4, 33.1, 33.2, 33.3, 33.4, 44.1 and 44.2 with the
antenna pointing ENE and 57.1, 57.2 and 57.3 with
the antenna pointing N. They all come in
excellent. Channel 10 Albany is there but not good
enough signal to watch.

Computer
runnin so slow you can catch a quick nap while it boots up?
Still
going in circles trying to figure out that new program and your
brain disconnected 2 hours ago but it is 3 a m?
Can't
find the data you stored last night?
Is
your computer even more cluttered than your house?
CALL
ROCK... yes, he actually DOES respond 24/7
and he is
SO FAST on the computer...well, since he charges by the hour, this
is important!
He
is honest, competent, fun, and soothing...my
shoulders dropped 4 inches lower after he spent the first 30 minutes
cleaning and organizing my computer.
This
is the first time I
remember being happy to pay a bill.

service. I was so impressed with your
professionalism, knowledge, customer service, flexibility, and
integrity. It is so refreshing in this day and age to
come across a service provider of any kind that
is honest and always willing to go the
extra mile
for his customers. I applaud your work ethic and moral ethic
as well. I called initially at the suggestion
of my husband who'd driven
past the sign numerous
times.
My desktop had been hijacked by more trojan
viruses, ad-aware, spy-ware, and tracking-cookies
that you could shake a stick at! I couldn't believe
that you spent money out of your own pocket buying
software to remove that junk, and the mount of
TIME you took out of your day (evening, night and
weekend too!), to work on my computer. I also really appreciate
how you explained things to my husband and I in a way
that we could understand things. We are better
educated consumers and purveyors of the
internet
and computer industry as a result of your instruction and advice.
The quality of the hardware,
software, customer service, and hospitality are
second-to-none, across the board! I want everyone to know what a Gem

(This
women had a laptop she purchased from someone in June and the display
went dark. She thought it was junk and ordered a laptop from us.
When I delivered the machine I asked her if I could take a quick look at
her laptop. I ended up fixing her problem in just a few minutes
and couldn't see her spending money for the one I ordered for her when
the one she had was working great, so I brought it back and listed it on
my site for sale)
Thank you so much for being
honest and letting me just end up keeping my computer. Its hard to
imagine that there are still people like you out there. It was a

Rock, I just want to say THANK YOU!!! When my daughter said that the pop-ups
were invading her, she wasn't kidding! I have no idea what she did to her
computer, (and she doesn't either), but she did it good! In less than 1 day she
was up and running again, you have saved my sanity and her English paper! AND
thanks for cleaning up my relic, that one day I will replace, I promise! I will

you so much for all the help you gave us setting up our new system.
Although we weren't one of your customers yet, you were here without delay
and helped us get all of our locations up and running so that we could go
"Live" with our new software without delay. Your expertise, patience and

Hi Rock,
I just
read your email and was very glad to hear that I don't have to use
the disks to get the game. I played a couple of Solitaire games
this AM and won one and the little guys with the canon came on and
blew the other little guy across the screen. I just love it when I
win a game and something comes out like that. It also said that I
had set a record for one of the fastest games, soooo that made me
feel pretty good.
I sent out
a couple of other emails today and have received replies from them
already.
Thanks for
getting back to me so fast and solving the problem.... Will try the
Millionaire game this PM without the disk and see what happens.
I am so
happy to do business with you as I think you are awesome the way you
were able to set me up without a hitch!!! There are people that
can fix computers, but I had rather have a real professional!!!

Rock,
Once again you have come through for me.
I had a keyboard on my laptop that had keys missing (my 16 month old
loves my laptop!) and needed replacement. I was figuring on
having to order the part and then wait to have it installed. I
got a hold of you, and you had the part in stock! That's worth
the trip to Bridport for me, and I live in Crown Point! Nice
to have a place close by to get parts/ service items that I need for
my computers.
I want to tell folks this: I have
known Rock for many years, and one thing I can say without
hesitation is that he does a complete and thorough job on everything
he does, and it's done right the first time. I trust him with
my equipment, and he has never let me down. I fully recommend

Dear Rock,
As
a business owner, my computer is very important to me and when I was having a
great deal of problems with my computer, not knowing why it was working so
slowly, I brought it to a business in town that fixes computers and they said
they fixed it. When I brought it home it was not fixed, so I had to bring it
back again for the second time and they said they fixed the problems. Well
guess what, they didn’t, so I said forget it.
One day at my business I met
Rock and found out he fixed computers, so I explained what type of computer I
had, what it had been doing, what I had done to try to fix it. His comment was
that I have an awesome computer and it should be "screaming." Screaming means running
as fast as possible, but it was doing nothing of the sort, it was running so slowly it
was frustrating.
I brought the computer to
Rock
and in a
few days he had it up and running like it was the first day I bought the
computer like he said it would. Rock got it screaming, running like a gem
:)
I
highly recommend Rock D'Avignon for working on my computer. He has great “after
the job” Technical support and to me that means everything.
